ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF KNOW-HOW WITHIN OUR TERRITORY HAS BEEN A PRIORITY FOR 3 GENERATIONS AT LE MOULIN DU PIVERT.
It is, according to us, the key to success, moving towards greater transparency, and the best way to give our regions a second wind.

In 2015, we implemented a true partnership for the creation of a biscuit wheat sector in the South West of France. This partnership resulted in the signing of a tripartite agreement between the Qualisol cooperative (Gers), the family mill of Montricoux (Tarn-et-Garonne) and Le Moulin du Pivert (Aveyron).
In this Charter, we commit to volumes and a price with our partners and in exchange we have complete control of our principal sources with guaranteed quality raw material, adapted to our craft, for your pleasure.
