SINCE 1985, AT LE MOULIN DU PIVERT ORGANIC FARMING HAS BEEN A FAMILY AFFAIR.
It is the legacy of 3 Aveyron generations impassioned by flavour, love of nature, humanity and engaged in the choice of feedstock quality.
All of our recipes are organic and all of our cookies are made in Aveyron.
All of our recipes are without eggs because we wanted to remove the main risk of allergies in the composition of the biscuits. We favour more and more plant-based raw materials. Two-thirds of our cookies are vegan.
All the exotic organic ingredients used in the composition of our cookies: chocolate, sugar, vanilla... are the result of a process of organic and fair trade. We are committed to defending this approach that is more respectful of Humanity and the Environment.
A BRAND THAT MAKES SENSE
Our brand is not another marketing strategy ! All our suppliers are companies and producers we know well. The specialty of the products of Le Moulin du Pivert is to combine flavour and nutritional quality, all with 100% of ingredients from organic farming and, as much as extent possible, supporting the regional organic industry. The mill does not belong to any agri-food group and makes its choices fully independently, without contradiction with its nature and values.
