Our organic ingredients are carefully selected, from the hazelnuts to the chocolate, to give you an unforgettable sweetness. This delicious praline is made in our workshop with all our know-how. Whether it’s for a morning coffee, a delicious lunch or a sweet after-dinner snack, the Praline filled cookies, from our BULK range, will satisfy all your GOURMET desires.

Choosing this cookie means :
Supporting regional agriculture: our organic wheat is grown in the Occitanie region (Southern France) and processed into flour by the family-own mill “Moulin de Montricoux”, 50 kms from our workshop.

Choosing organic ingredients :

  • Tasting biscuits free from palm oil and lecithin
  • Favoring plant-based ingredients : this biscuit is vegan (suitable for people allergic to eggs and milk)

Wheat flour* T65 (34%), unrefined sugar*, hazelnuts* (12%), almonds* (10%), sunflower oil*, dark chocolate chips* (sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, vanilla extract*) (8,1%), wheat syrup*, cocoa butter*, oat fiber*, caramel* (sugar*, water), raising agent: sodium carbonates, lemon juice concentrate*.

*Ingredients from organic agriculture. May contain traces of milk, soya, sesame seeds and other nuts.
