Choosing this biscuit means :
Supporting regional agriculture : our organic wheat is grown in the Occitanie region (Southern France) and processed into flour by the family-own mill “Moulin de Montricoux”, 50 kms from our workshop.

Choosing organic ingredients :

Tasting biscuits free from palm oil and lecithin
Favoring plant-based ingredients : this biscuit is vegan (suitable for people allergic to eggs and milk)

Ingredients

Wheat flour* T65 (59%), sunflower oil*, hazelnuts* (11%), unrefined wheat syrup dehydrated*, unrefined sugar*, hazelnut flour* (5,9%), raising agent: sodium carbonates, lemon juice concentrate*.

*Ingredients from organic agriculture. May contain traces of milk, soya, sesame seeds, mustard and other nuts.
