Choosing this biscuit means :
- Supporting regional agriculture : our organic wheat is grown in the Occitanie region (Southern France) and processed into flour by the family-own mill “Moulin de Montricoux”, 50 kms from our workshop.

- Favoring plant-based ingredients : this biscuit is vegan (suitable for people allergic to eggs and milk)
