  • Supporting regional agriculture : our organic wheat is grown in the Occitanie region (Southern France) and processed into flour by the family-own mill “Moulin de Montricoux”, 50 kms from our workshop.

  • Prevent certain allergies : this biscuit is egg-free
Ingredients

Wheat flour* T65 (40%), sunflower oil*, unrefined sugar*, oat flakes* (8,9%), dark chocolate chips* (8,9%) (sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, vanilla extract*), honey* (6%), cocoa butter*, rye flour* T130 (4,3%), barley flour* T110 (4,3%), hazelnuts*, oat fiber*, sea salt, raising agents: sodium carbonates and ammonium carbonates, lemon juice concentrate*.

*Ingredients from organic agriculture. May contain traces of milk, soya, sesame seeds and other nuts.
