Choosing this cookie means :
Supporting regional agriculture : our organic wheat is grown in the Occitanie region (Southern France) and processed into flour by the family-own mill “Moulin de Montricoux”, 50 kms from our workshop.
Choosing organic ingredients :
- Tasting biscuits free from palm oil and lecithin
- Favoring plant-based ingredients : this biscuit is vegan (suitable for people allergic to eggs and milk)
- Think about the planet : the bag is 100% recyclable and made from at least 30% recycled plastic
Wheat flour* T65 (45%), dark chocolate chips* (20%) (sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, vanilla extract*), unrefined sugar*, sunflower oil*, hazelnuts* (5,1%), wheat syrup*, cocoa butter*, caramel* (sugar*, water), raising agents: sodium and ammonium carbonates, sea salt, lemon juice concentrate*.
