WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES SAY
I’ve been working in the bakery for 6 years, looking after the machinery as well as the people who work there. I ensure the machines and installations are in working order.
I like that no two days are ever the same. We have a very wide remit: from inside the machines right up to the roof ! We take care of everything, from large-scale interventions to “little snags”.
What makes a difference for me is having my voice heard and being able to talk to people. I am proud that my colleagues call me directly to fix something for them, and they thank me for taking the time to help them. I used to work for a large company with over 1,000 employees. Interaction with colleagues was more difficult. Here, everybody know everybody else. It’s like a family.
I have been working here for about 10 years. During my career at Moulin du Pivert, I have developed management skills. I started in the weighing department and soon progressed to Production Line Supervisor. Now I am a Team Leader. My job is to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the bakery, from an organisational and employee point of view.
I like that every day is different. There’s no time to be bored ! I am proud of the quality of our products and that we are doing our bit to look after the environment.
What make this company different ? Our team spirit ! Friendliness and a family spirit are fundamental in this company. We have seen Pivert grow and we have contributed to that growth.
I’ve been with Moulin du Pivert for 7 years. My job is to ensure the agreed products are available in stores, as well as implementing promotional campaigns and developing customer relations.
I like the variety of my tasks and I love customer contact and having the freedom to get on with my job. I’m proud to work for a company that’s not too big, is recognised for the quality of its organic products and has become a top brand of biscuits in shops that specialise in organic.
What’s makes us different is the importance we attach to the origin of our ingredients and the fact that we work mainly with local suppliers.
I've been working as a Production Supervisor at the Moulin du Pivert for nearly 3 years. I am responsible for overseeing the biscuit-making process from kneading to baking. So I supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the operators in the bakery.
I like sharing my knowledge with my colleagues so they can progress in their job. I have also learned a lot from them, in all sorts of ways: what they know and how professional they are, even though they are so young ! am close to retirement age, and my only regret is that I didn’t join Moulin du Pivert sooner. I hope the general team spirit and company values will last for a long time to come.
What makes Pivert different from my previous employers is the freedom of expression. This is a core quality that I really appreciate in this great bakery.
TEAM SPIRIT
Each year, we set up working groups, made up of employees from every team, to focus on specific topics, such as well-being at work, continuous improvement, etc.
Four times a year, we organise a “Pivert Party”. These give employees from different departments the opportunity to get together and take part in fun team-building activities : ice-breakers, team challenges, social gatherings, etc.
We also have a company social network, where anyone can post content and join the chat !
