1/ Management of personal data

In the course of its business, Le Pivert, whose registered office is at 2 Chemin de Souloumiac - 12270 La Fouillade, collects and processes information, some of which is referred to as ‘personal data’. In accordance with the obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RGPD), Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 known as the ‘Data Protection Act’ as amended, and Law 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, Le Pivert undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out respects the rights and freedoms of the holders of personal data.

Le Pivert attaches great importance to respect for privacy and only uses personal data when it is strictly necessary for a specific purpose (objective) clearly indicated to the data holder. Personal data is only collected after the data owner has been informed and, where appropriate, given his or her consent. It is validly collected (buttons and/or tick boxes requiring action by the Internet user), free, informed (after information) and concerns only one purpose at a time.

For the Congratulations: the Quality Department Assistant and the Marketing Manager
For product information : Sales Manager France - Export
For supplier information: STD telephone reception
For the sales partnership: the STD telephone reception and the France-Export sales management manager
For donations to associations: the HR Manager
For applications: the HR Manager

They are then sent to the department(s) concerned by your request. It is used by Le Pivert strictly for internal purposes and will never be transferred to a third party or used for purposes other than those detailed above. It will be kept for as long as is necessary to process your request.

Le Pivert undertakes to take all necessary precautions to protect the security of the information collected by its website https://lemoulindupivert.fr/ and in particular undertakes to ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorised persons or to persons who do not have a strict need to access it in order to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. In accordance with its obligations, if an incident affecting the integrity, availability or confidentiality of the Customer's information is brought to the attention of Le Pivert, the latter must, after informing the CNIL, inform the Customer as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.
