The secret of this new cookie is the unique marriage of Matcha green tea with traditional organic ingredients: wheat flour ground at the Montricoux family mill (Tarn-et-Garonne in the South of France), a nob of Breton butter, a hint of concentrated lemon juice for taste, fair trade unrefined cane sugar, all wrapped in a good (42%) fair trade milk chocolate from the Dominican Republic.
