Milk chocolate butter biscuits
Children and adults are fans. This little butter biscuit, very high in milk chocolate, appeals to all fine palates and is easily devoured down to the last crumb. The secret of these delicious cookies with butter, is the marriage of wheat flour ground at the Montricoux family mill (Tarn-et-Garonne), a spoonful of raw milk from the Griffoulas farm (Vabre-Tizac in Aveyron), fair trade unrefined cane sugar, a dash of concentrated lemon juice for flavour, all covered with a bar of fair trade milk chocolate.
