Butter and chocolate chips cookies

The secret of these delicious cookies with butter, is the marriage of wheat flour ground at the Montricoux family mill (Tarn-et-Garonne), with fresh Breton butter*, a dash of concentrated lemon juice*, good raw milk* from the Griffoulas Farm (Vabre Tizac-Aveyron), unrefined cane sugar* and a handful of chocolate chips *, all fair trade.
