Melt with greed for this crispy and generous recipe: wheat flour* ground at the Montricoux family mill (Tarn and Garonne), a tablespoon of sunflower oil from the South West, a handful of lightly toasted hazelnuts all topped with a delicious fair trade milk chocolate.
