FROM THE MANUFACTURING OF FLOUR TO THE CREATION OF DELICIOUS ORGANIC GOURMET COOKIES
Our biscuit factory's history began in the 80s, when we decided to diversify the activity of the mill to create the first organic cookie recipes.
Within a few years, to deal with the growing popularity of organic specialist retailers, we had to reorganise the space around this main activity: line production, packaging, storage, offices and even a shop were created at Les Mazières.
END OF 2014 ANNOUNCES A NEW TURNING POINT
The old mill had become too small. We acquired a new workshop at la Fouillade, a few miles from Les Mazières (clothe to Toulouse). But whilst the mode of production is growing, there is no question of changing the ingredients in order to keep the natural taste!
FROM KNEADING TO THE SHIPMENT OF GOODS
We control all steps. We actually manufacture all of our cookies. Generously filled up products, a well controlled Handicraft gesture, respectful of traditional recipes.
